Does the price include set up and delivery?

  • Yes, all rental prices include set up, delivery, and removal. Additional delivery fee may apply if outside of our 15 mile radius.

How long can I rent the bounce house for?

  • You may rent our bounce house for the entire day for the same price

When do you set up?

  • We will set up the morning of your event

How big are your bounce houses?

  • 20 feet long x 15 feet wide x 13 feet high with slides that can be used wet or dry!

Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

  • Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged, the unit will deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we provide our own heavy duty cords

What if we need to cancel?

  • We ask that if you must cancel your event for any reason, you send us notice ASAP. We reserve the right to cancel any rental at any time due to inclement or unsafe weather.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept cash or credit card payment through our booking system. Deposits are required only through credit card payment.

Is a deposit required?

  • Yes, all rentals require a $50 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable due to the demand of our bookings. If you cancel your event prior to your rental, for any reason, you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year (pending availability). We do provide exceptions/flexibility under our discretion for April bookings due to unpredictable spring weather!

Are we responsible for any tears or damage to the bounce house?

  • Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

Are your units cleaned after each event?

  • Yes! Our units are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every event.
